both Charmander and Bulbasaur can be repel tricked in Cinnabar mansion 3 & Safari zone 2 respectively obviously it is not just a random number between a common pokmeon and a rare pokemon (then what is the use of rarity tiers in PRO?) for example u wont just encounter a charmander when u first enter Cinnabar mansion 3 but u r most likey to encounter to raticate or grimer anyone who have repel tricked charmander or bulbasaur pls tell the exact number of super/ max repels u have used.
