  3. Hi @octavito13, Sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a rollback. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash. Take a look at this thread if you were hit by a rollback for more information as to why you won't be refunded.   15. Hey @Voidwarrior, Have you tried to play other games on your computer? Would be interesting to know if ony PRO has this problem. He might be a problem with your setting. You should try to compare your settings between Android and Windows. There is also another possibility : maybe something inside your computer is down and need to be repaired.   16. Hi @Baint, Like Darkclown explained, you need the Light Stone to make Reshiram appears after you catch Zekrom. The Light Stone was only available in the dungeon, as a reward.
