I would be happy to host, especially if there was anyone who could help out with the admin. If you want to or anyone else wants to help just hit me up. If not, I'll try to have any initial renditions of the tournament up pretty soon (I'll also put it in the Unofficial Tournaments and Events thread)

Also the idea of different tiers is a good one. Maybe different generations as well?

The tourament I'm suggesting isn't a ladder tournament however, but an elimination one.

My suggestion is a new PRO Tournament (made in a normal Tournament Format), or a PRO league (Made in a format of maybe 10+ players, where they play one another), is played on Pokémon Showdown. This suggestion is for one reason. I really like PvP and battling, however, sometimes laddering gets boring (for me, at least). This is why I'm suggesting that a regular tournament (roughly weekly or monthly) where people can sign up to play (or are invited, idk) for a prize similar to the ones for ladder tournaments, and a league where players play each other, to end up at the top of the league, (maybe in a SPL format, if enough people join in). The reason why I suggest Pokémon Showdown is because it is simply more accessible to more players, as it doesn't take weeks, or maybe months of hunting to make a proper team and it is generally more efficient for PvPing and play. The specifics of the tournament and league, I haven't figured out yet, however if anyone has any ideas to add please just post them below, or if anyone wants me to go into more detail, once again, just say.
