No just no,Making same person play in alt accounts to ladder is a horrible idea,only beneficial to those who play more PVP matches and easy farm for them.If you belive that PvP is dead in gold then you should move to silver server for better experience. Majority of the community will disagree in your suggestion.

limited PvP accounts per person is not the reason for dead queue, the fact that silver has way more majority than gold and only 4-5 players are actively matched up in gold.Server merge is the only way to fix it and the devs are already doing some progress.We have to stay patient .
