I have to agree with @Shinkainrgsh on this one; not everyone can or is willing to be in the discord. Not sure why so many companies and communities are moving to discord only announcements, information and the likes when resources like these forums are available when and where they are available. Discord only allows users a set limit on how many servers one can be in, so for people at the cap; leaving information only to discord is quite detrimental towards those that cannot participate. Maintenance announcements and information should be available here on the forum, too.

Despite having this checkbox unchecked, I still from time to time, get prompts from other players requesting to battle me.

I would love to have mounts not get dismounted from in the little houses between routes and cities that happen to exist quite often. for example the 4 houses surrounding saffron, or the houses between the bike route and the rest of the route in hoenn. They're mainly transitional locales, so getting dismounted is annoying at most, as once on the other side of the house I have to mount back up again. Would be a nice quality of life change to just allow mounts (and obviously the bicycle) through these transitional buildings instead.

In the few weeks I have been playing on here, I have yet to encounter a 'rare' rarity spawn via headbutt. I fail to see how this is true.
