My vitamins are not working. I tried on my every Pokemon, on lucario lvl 55, on electabuz lvl 100 ( already reduced hp EVs ). Their EVs are growing by attacking wild Pokemon only.

After completing the quest I returned to the temple and at that time I've chance to catch it but it ran away before I talk to it.
