Try talk to James (right side of checkboard behind pink tree). It solved it for me.

That was the issue, I didn't talk to James after completing the quest and went straight to Psyduck Fan. Thanks anyway!

Hi, I think my vday quest glitched. I asked for a better reward when talking to James, I finished main quest line + salamencite quest and Psyduck Fan doesn't let me do anything. I didn't have a Mega Bracelet when I finished Salamencite quest, so that might've been the issue, but still, I got my Mega Bracelet AFTER I got Salamencite. When rewarding me with the Bracelet they also gave me the Salamencite stone, but after trying to speak with Psyduck Fan it just doesn't give me anything.
