Um for some reason wishiwashi schooling is not working , Im pretty sure its coded as I did see it in keldeo quest, but its not working for mine. I tried with many opponent pokes, didn't work even once, the opponent pokes didn't have a ability that stops other abilities. This wishiwashi to be specific Welp

I just started in gold server with my alt, and there are so many NPCs on places they shouldn't be, theres even the NPC Pavel who has pokes over lvl 90 iirc and he is in the volcanion quest, how is he here? They also have a exclamation mark and come to battle you if they see you but before saying the dialogue they just stop there. Also there are pokeballs that u can't interact with and some are even on the trees.
