I wanted to buy an upgrade at Pinkan for the dungeon but somehow when I wanted to look at the options the menu wrote something and bought me an upgrade I didn't want to get. (I was playing on my phone) Is there any chance my mystical notes can be restored and the upgrade removed from my account?

I got back to the game after a 2 month skip and when I was walking around I saw that Cassidy and Butcher was standing in their place before you beat them to unlock Pinkan Island. I already did the quest to unlock Pinkan once (like half a year ago) but after interacting with them it looks like my quest got reseted and the Officer Jenny boss in the lighthouse disappeared too. Not sure what happened, but I can still enter the main hunting arena without my pokeballs getting removed but I'm constantly getting the "someone is watching me" message when walking in the forest.
