this happens today while i was playing normals when my internet lagged and i got kicked out of the game saying u have been detected moving too fast and this ban was given. They also said you will be perma banned if that continues they gave me this 3-4min ban. Sir i request u to look into this matter cause i did nothing but play normal my internet disconnected and connected during that time when the internet was connecting i was able to interact and do everything but the npc wont react/ any door wont open. Basically in game tools didnt work . When i got reconnected i was teleported to somewhere i came from. Thanks you regards jyonim

just a quick update I am able to login in today easily. I went in and out in my other accounts too its working normally today. Thanks for the help. I hope the login problem wont start again. Also if it happens again I will msg in discord. Thanks for the help The log in problem started again it was working fine just 1 hr ago (ie its worked for 27hrs) but it disconnected me from the game and now the problem started again i have to wait long time in the log in screen but cannot get inside dont know y its happening and the issue is only for gold server for me

I am not able to login into the game it has been 8hr since im trying. I also posted this issue in the discord and many also have the same issue. At times i get logged into the game but the red disconnection things pops up and i get stuck. After this whenever I try to login it doesn,t let me in. After several times of restarting the client and reloggin its lets me in but the same disconnection happens. I really want to play this game but its get gets stuck in the loggin screen IGN - jyonim
