Hi, I am trying to complete my Pokedex. I need to obtain Milotic but need a Prism Scale in order to do this. I've been searching the crystals on Love Island but have had no luck. So I want to buy one, please.

Map: Hoenn Safari Zone Pokemon: Torchic and Treecko Reason: I've been trying to complete the Hoenn Pokedex. I've been searching for a number of days for both in their required Safari Zones and haven't seen a single one. I undestand theyre rare, but it seems very unfair to be paying the Safari Zone entry fee and not encountering a single one of these Pokemon. The ridiculous spawn rates are beginning to turn me off the game.
