Hello! Yes I do but not as frequent as before, but I also haven't been on much lately. @Ayroo

Lately my game has been crashing a lot while playing, and it’s becoming really frustrating. At first it didn’t bother me too much because it only happened occasionally, but recently it has started happening much more frequently. It even happened again today while I was doing Scattered Realm 3days ago while I was queueing for a match and had to wait 10min because it crashed. Sometimes the game crashes during loading screens, while moving between maps, during PvP battles, while doing dungeons, or just randomly while playing. On top of that, all of my in-game sounds are muted as well, and other apps work normally. I’ve already tried restarting the game and my PC/device, and I also deleted the client completely and re-downloaded the latest version, but the crashes are still happening pretty often. Has anyone else been experiencing this recently? Are there any known fixes or settings changes that could help improve stability and stop my client from crashing anymore? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Dear @Beacon, Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it. I asked because I currently have an around 2 year old forum shop that is under redevelopment that I wanted to keep as my first forum post ever sinds making the forum account so I see it as something important to me in a couple other ways aswell, and I was hoping of having to remove the messages there instead of creating a whole new forum page. I understand that this may not be considered a valid reason. If it is, how would I go about contacting a staff member? Thanks again for your time.
