  2. You meant how long it takes for a reply? If that’s the question; there isn’t a predefined time because Staff duties are voluntary acts for the community. But be assured a Staff Member will have a look into your case. Hope this has helped you. Divinelight

Hey @Smokeer I understand that it can be frustrating but as you may know or not know; PRO duties are not like a paid job, where you will be rewarded for completing tasks; but a voluntary act to help the community. So, most of the Staff Members dealing with Appeals have many in real life responsibility that they will need to prioritise over PRO such as family, work, college/university. This may be one of the reasons why it may take longer than usual. Moreover, we have a limited number of Staff who deal with multiple different departments of the game, which may be another reason. So for now just keep an eye to your request and wait patiently. Since the main topic has been resolved, I will therefore lock this thread. Divinelight

The password reset system will not work unless you have changed the email address because a link to change your password will be sent in the email, so you need to have access to the email, and if your email hasn't been changed, you cannot access that link to reset your password.
