RARE PvP Chest Gold Server susanoo accessories Starts @ 12m- ended
Ruhm replied to Draco0000's topic in Coins & Items - Gold
Hello @Draco0000 The rightful winner of this auction is @Prettypoison with a 12.25m bid, as his offer was placed within the valid timeframe. The auction began on Saturday, 09:19 AM GMT+0 with a duration of 48 hours, setting the end point at Monday, 09:19 AM GMT+0. However, you announced the winner before the auction had ended, at Monday, 05:23 AM GMT+0, which is prohibited. Given that the item has not been traded yet, please proceed with completing the trade with @Prettypoison. Kind Regards, Ruhm -

Ruhm replied to Rhulk's topic in Selling Pokémon - Silver
Hello @Rhulk Unfortunately, you were the victim of false bidding. @Sungod1xt has been punished for placing a bid without having the means to honor it. Since there is no follow-up offer in the second auction, you are free to create a new one if you wish. As for the first auction: the actual winning offer is 3.5m, not 2.5m. The auction ended on Sunday, 05:58 AM GMT+0, and @Endlesslove1's last offer was placed at 05:18 AM GMT+0, which is within the valid timeframe. However, the bid was retracted by editing the original message, which is not allowed. Therefore, @Endlesslove1 has also been punished for false bidding. The trade outcome was forcefully corrected. Kind Regards, Ruhm -

Ruhm replied to Compote's topic in Coins & Items - Gold
Hello @Compote You have been punished for mishandling an auction. The 15-minute rule was not respected in this case. The original end time was Monday, 2:31 AM GMT+0. The auction was first extended at 2:20 AM GMT+0, with the last valid bid of 7.9m placed within the extension at 2:33 AM GMT+0. The rightful winner of this auction is @Jefke007 with a bid of 7.9m, as no further bids were posted after that point. @Marcuscatan Apologies for the inconvenience. The trade outcome has been forcefully corrected. Kind Regards, Ruhm -
Hello @Oguzkaya34 You have been punished for mishandling your auction. Insta prices cannot be added or accepted after the auction has already started. Additionally, all bids made in-game must be acknowledged and publicly announced on the forum. As a result, the trade will be reversed. Please make sure to read the Trade and Auction Rules, as future infractions of this kind will result in harsher punishments. Kind Regards, Ruhm

Ruhm replied to Duncanthetall's topic in Selling Pokémon - Silver
Hello @Duncanthetall You are not allowed to add accepted payments after the auction has already started. @Eunia You have been punished for False Offering/Bidding. When placing a bid, players are required to have the means to follow through with their offer at the time the bid is made, and must remain eligible to either be outbid or until the auction ends. If you intend to make payment from a different account, this must be clearly stated in your post. Furthermore, you are not allowed to change your bid to a lower price than initially set. Your original offer was 11m, which you no longer possess. Even if we were to give you the benefit of the doubt regarding the accepted payments added by the auctioneer, which have now been removed, you still wouldn't have enough to cover your original bid of 11m. The total amount you currently possess is insufficient to honor that bid. I strongly advise you to read the Trade and Auction Rules. -
Hello @Cerebrus6 The winner of the auction is @Grabarz23 with an 11m bid. The confusion seems to stem from your attempt to waive the 15-minute rule. Please keep in mind that the 15-minute rule applies to every forum auction and cannot be waived by the auctioneer under any circumstances. While @He1mao2's offer would have been valid, as it fell within the extended 15-minute window, in-game bids are only recognized from the time they are posted on the forum. Since @He1mao2's bid was posted exactly at the minute the auction ended, it is unfortunately invalid. Please proceed with completing the trade with @Grabarz23.

Hello @Toxiege @Soares1 The trade has been forced as requested, due to @Soares1 inability to access the game.

Hello @Ninah After discussing the situation with another team member, it is concluded that the outcome needs to be corrected. The bid from @Oregairu with 820k is indeed the winning bid. This is because bids made in-game are valid from the moment they are posted on the forum, not the in-game time. Since a screenshot of @Itachi1701's bid was posted on the forum at 4:30, the auction was extended until 4:45. Therefore, @Oregairu's offer of 820k is valid as it was posted at 4:44, which falls within the extended time. Trades have been reversed, and the correct outcome has been forced. Apologies for the inconvenience.
-
That's correct. As stated in the rules, the current offer must be held for a full 15 minutes, accurate to the minute. So a bid placed at 04:44 would not count if the previous bid was at 04:29, because that completes exactly 15 minutes. Any valid bid would have to be made at 04:43 at the latest. Please make sure to read the Trade and Auction Rules carefully to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.

Hello @Granz234 When bidding in auctions, players must have the means to follow through with their bids. In this case, neither your account nor your alternate accounts had the necessary funds to honor your offer. If you intend to make payment from a different account, this must be clearly stated in your post beforehand. This will serve as a formal warning. Future violations will lead to more severe consequences. @1cloudz Since the winning offer was a false bid, @Augustd, as the runner-up with a 500k offer, has the option to purchase the Pokemon. However, please note that runner-ups are not obligated to go through with the trade. If they decline, you are free to create a new auction for the Pokemon. Kind Regards, Ruhm

Hello @Ninah You were right about @Itachi1701 being the rightful winner of the auction. A full 15 minutes passed from the time his bid was placed in-game at 04:29:35, which makes @Oregairu's bid invalid, as it was made after the auction had already ended at 04:44 AM GMT+2. Auction end times on the forum must be accurate to the minute, as there is no way to verify seconds on the forum. Please proceed to complete the trade with @Itachi1701 and make sure to post a screenshot of the completed trade window once it’s done. Kind Regards, Ruhm

Hello @Galaxyspiral Your auction is not considered valid and therefore rendered void, because an end point was only added after the first bid was placed. When selling a Pokemon, you have three options: 1. Selling for a fixed price 2. Auction - If you intend to hold an auction, you must specify an end point and include all relevant parameters before the first bid is placed. 3. Looking for offers - If you prefer to receive offers, mention this in your post. If you wish to create another auction, you are free to do so in a new post, as I will lock this thread.
