  5. Good day @Evilgod98 I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to access Crater Town. I believe in order for the Wailord to move, you will need to begin a small quest that unlocks the island access. To start, return to Eindoak Island and talk to Damon, who should be located on the way to Dragonspiral Tower. Interacting with him should bring up the discussion of Crater Town, where he tells you to go to. It is my understanding that after this interaction, the Wailord will move. Please give this a try and let me know the results
