  1. Hello @Gralak21, I'm sorry about the server issues you've been experiencing. I understand your feelings, as we are all being affected by this issue. In this case, the problem is that our Proxies are currently under a DDoS attack. We don't know why that's the case, if its from a larger attack or a directed one specifically aimed at PRO. Normally if a proxy is having an issue, the server can switch to one of the others without the player disconnecting, but in this case, all proxies were experiencing issues. We ordered and have finally received additional proxies for our servers, which are now up. We hope these additional proxies will improve the servers and reduce the disconnects. Hopefully we'll see an end to these attacks soon so we can get back to enjoying the game we love.
  2. There is an optional fix for it, which requires a new download of the client. This seems to fix the issue for most players, not sure if it has for all players. You guys are welcome to give it a try.

  5. Hello @Psylencer, Im sorry to hear about your friends issues. We've released a new update for the game which should address performance issues related to high memory usage. Please have them update their game and see if they are to play normally.

  10. Im glad to hear the RAM issue was resolved and you're able to play agian. The move description bug was made aware as well, but a fix is not yet ready and didn't make this patch. I'll let you know when an update for it is available
  11. Hello @Leofazenaro, I'm sorry you're having issues transferring the Latios mount. To confirm, you are unable to trade the mount to the other account? Can you trade other items?
  12. Hello @Darkiler, I'm sorry that you haven't been able to transfer servers. As per the February 18th announcement on our Discord, server transfers were temporarily turned off in preparation for the client update. This was a precaution in the event of possible client difficulties. Once the client issues have been resolved, server transfers will become available again. I do not have a timeline for this, but I will let you know once they are available.
  13. Hello @Wegan, I'm sorry you've been experiencing this issue with memory. The server has just been updated with a new patch, which should hopefully resolve the issue with high RAM consumption. Please update your client and see if you are able to play normally.
  14. Hello @Z4ngad0, Im sorry you've been dealing with the frustrating issue. The server has once again been updated, including a patch that should hopefully fix the issue relating to high RAM usage. Please update your client and let me know if it fixes the problem.
