  1. Hello @Nicholas03, I'm sorry that the game keeps crashing for you both. As Mysticwind has pointed out above, there is currently a known bug that affects some players relating to the in game sounds. It happened to me as well. Most are able to solved this by muting the game sounds, which can be done by clicking the "Options" button in the bottom right of the clients log in screen. This will be corrected in a future update, but for now, this appears to be an acceptable work around. Please let me know if that solves your problem.

  3. Hi @Letterss You may have made All chat tab disappear, but we can get it back! You can only have 6 channel tabs available, Local + 5 specific channels. To get All Chat channel back, click on the wrench icon in the bottom right corner. This brings up the Chat Channels. You'll need to remove one of them by pressing the red "X". This will remove you from one of those channels. Then, pressing the wrench icon again, click on the "Create/Join" button. Type in "All", and click okay. Now you should be able to see the All chat channel. Please let me know if you have any issues or any further questions
  4. The blue chest is the normal PvP Chest that gets awarded to players. The gold chest is the Enhanced PvP Chest, which offers betters odds for a rarer drop. These are awarded daily to players in the top 25 Normal Ranked ladder. You can find a bit more information on the PvP Chests Here

  9. Hi @Suntaf Im sorry you're having an issue with your Hoenn story. After rescuing Peeko, did you talk again to the Devon assistant outside of the Rustboro gym? I believe you need to talk to this NPC, who will then tell you to go talk to Mr. Stone. Please let me know if doing that solves your issue.
  10. Hello @Luffy970113 As Glitcch1 has mentioned, a popular fix around that appears to work is by muting your in-game sounds. This will be corrected in a future update, but for now, this appears to be an acceptable work around. Please let me know if this solves your problem.

  13. Hello @Fiqdin2726 It sounds like you are referring to the mini quest in the original Gameboy Yellow version of Pokemon. In that game, you started with Pikachu, and as you progressed through the story, you could obtain the 3 main starters. Like you mention, Officer Jenny would reward the player with a Squirtle after defeating Lt. Surge. However, this feature is not in PRO. In PRO, obtaining the 3 Kanto starters is different from the original games - you are not limited to just one each. They are available to hunt in select spots in Kanto. For Squirtle, you can surf in Vermilion Harbor to encounter it (requires HM03 Surf, obtained in the Kanto Safari Zone later in the story). There is also a chance of encountering it (along with Bulbasaur and Charmander) by headbutting the trees in Pallet Town. I apologize for the confusion and hope this reply makes sense.

  15. Hello Tgbnamish! I'm sorry to hear you are unable to locate your Altaria. I do see you traded an Altaria to Saran555 on July 11th. This Altaria was Level 100, Jolly, Natural Cure, 31/12/26/23/26/21. Perhaps this was the Pokemon you were looking for?
