  3. Hello @Kiriruga! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. From our database, you traded your mount to your (potential) alt called Kirirugagang but unfortunately, I have a bad new for you. Latios mount was a coin shop mount until the 26th April of 2024 and now become a PvP Shop mount which means the normal non shiny mount are not tradeable, only the prestige Shiny mount are. I sincerely apologies for that. But there is different way to get a mount such as : -The Arcanine Farm Quest. More informations there - During many event, can be obtainable via quest, event coins etc.. - Buy it from other player in Trade chat. - PvE/PvP coin shop, here is a preview of every mount! It is not a bug, to be able to get Manaphy, you will require these requirements: -Being Hoenn champ - Have full seen data of Sinnoh pokedex. And from what I see, you still missing some Sinnoh pokemon data, to be able to start the quest you will need to get their data. More informations can be found there !   7. Hello @Armzabk! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. I would like to ask you what IVs reroll ticket have you used ? Since you can only use the normal reroll ticket for the Double IVs service reroll and not the Specific pokemon Ticket given via PvP chest or the Soulbound Reroll ticket given by many ways such as quest, PvP chest, daillies etc.. To answer your question, yes you can use your normal reroll ticket in the double IVs ticket service but the soulbound one will not count in the double IVs ticket reroll dur to the reason that soulbound are obtainable via many way such as PvP chest, quest, daily etc...   13. Hello @Bijoumode! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. But Ursaluna-Bloodmon is not a evolution but a totally different pokemon which is not related to normal Ursaluna. Currently the only way to obtain a Ursaluna-Bloodmon was during a outbreak such as the one who happened during Halloween. Hope it clears your issue. Have a wonderful day and a fun time playing PRO.   17. Hello @Skylord77! No, you are not allowed to PvP in both server. As stated here : - Each account may only PvP on one server. Since you have done PvP game in Gold server, your game count in Gold server. Hope it clears your question. Take care, Zarachi

As stated in the dialogue but Elm, to be able to get into the Abandonned Desert, you require to be member, which means you will require the Membership You can buy the membership with 2 ways: - By buying with real money in coin shop (orange bag at top right) go into consummable and the different medaillon. - Buy from the others player in the trade chat with pokedollars. You can also obtain a Membership extension by fighting the Battle Bot in the same island but to be able to fight him, you will require the Membership. Hope it clears your question. A fix has been applied to everyone who cant learn Secret Sword to Keldeo due to a data deletion issue. You will now be able to learn the move with the data issue. Unfortunately I am in the misfortune of telling you that we dont offer these type of service. To be able to get the Sliggo Hisuian variant, you will require to level it to 40 while it's raining, be sure to have the weather setting activated to be able to know when it's raining. Keep in mind that every Hisuian form evolution only happens in Mt. Coronet (except for your future Goodra Hisuian, only required for Sliggo-Hisuian) I know it was not the answer you were waiting for and I sincerely apologies for this, I understand it's frustating.   24. Hello @Darkillalala! Apologies for the issue you are encountering. Thankfully, it can be solved pretty easily! due to a new update. To be able to get your pokemon back, ask the other player to open his pc and trade you. From there, he will be allowed to bring the Locked Pokemon into the trade chat window and give it back to you.   25. Hello @Warpcrest! Apologies for the issue. I'm afraid to tell you that Farfetch dont evolve in game for 2 reasons, first he never had a evolution. The only Farfetch who got a evolution is the Galarian one which evolve in Sirfetch'd but is currently not in game yet. Hope this clears your question.
