I can sign into my alt accounts still on the device, its just my main account Whitty161. This would lead me to believe the account has somehow been restricted. If staff could resolve this it would be appreciated.

@Tantankare67 interesting. It just started out of nowhere today. Ive been playing 7 months on this device and never had the issue before, so im unsure what ive changed or what's happened for it to start occurring 😅

Hi, I am unable to login on my android phone whilst connected solely to my WiFi. Other devices in my house are able to. The only way I have managed to login is by connecting to a VPN first. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks

Hi. I have completed the Kyurem and Zekrom/Reshiram quests, have 91 evo data and a full dex, but still can't get past the Wailmer or trailer to Crater Town via any sailor in Slateport. Can you tell me if there is something I'm missing? Thanks

I initially downloaded the update but the app wouldn't open and stated it had a bug. I unistalled prior to the updated file being added and now when I try download it won't install the app.
Hi all, I had a message saying an update was required for the Android app. I installed the update, but it said it couldn't open as their was a bug. I attempted to uninstall and redownload, but it now won't install at all. Any ideas? Thanks
