Hello Pokemon Trainers!Welcome to PROs first official Hide and Seek Event WHEN? SATURDAY, JANUARY 16TH - 9PM GMT+0 WHERE? JOIN THE CHANNEL "HIDEANDSEEK" INGAME REQUIREMENTS? BEATEN THE JOHTO ELITE 4 PRIZE: Explanation: At the start of the event, players will need to join the Channel "hideandseek" ingame. You can do it by typing in the command /cgjoin hideandseek. 6 Staffmembers will then start giving hints in said chat about their location where they are hiding. Once you have found one of those 6 staffmembers, keep attention to your local chat. Those staffmembers will post there a little riddle every ~30 seconds that you need to solve in order to successfully finish the event. You will have to find all 6 staffmembers to finish the event! The solution of the riddles will be linked to: A Pokemon's name / gender / nature / region where it has to be caught / ability. Please consider that the pokemon has to be caught AFTER the start of the event. Any player who hands in a pokemon caught before the start of the event will be disqualified. The 6th staff member will give you hints where you have to hand in your solution of the 5 previous riddles. You will need to trade this staffmember. First person who will successfully solve the event will win the awesome prize! Hint: A full set of Synchronize natures will help you out a lot!

You just need to beat the johto elite 4.

Ill summarize real quick why dragons den has been lowered and why it will not be changed back: Dragons Den was too rewarding for a spot without any requirements to enter, while places like Cerulean Cave with huge requirements werent really attractive and rewarding, because Dragons Den simply was too good. So in order to reward the players who made it all the way to Cerulean Cave, Dragons Den has been lowered, while Cerulean Cave has now the highest levels in the game (60~). Maybe other spots will be increased a bit soon too to compensate for dragons den a bit.
