So i finished a second account of mine (beaten Red at Mt. Silver) and noticed, that the levels in rebattles with npc are still different than from my main. on my main the levels of the npcs are significantly higher than on my second account. so i figured that there is something in the game once solved that will boost the levels on npcs you battle? i dont think they increase everytime you battle them, since every npc on my main reaches its peak level right the first time i rebattle them. anyone got infos about that? i always thought its related to defeating johto elite 4 / Red on mt silver :P

i like that idea a lot, its a lot more appealing to players who are getting into pvp, so they can get a little reward at the end of the season even tho they didnt make it to the top. i was already about to suggest something like to implement a pvp currency and get coins according to your rating. like 700 rating = 700 coins, 50 rating = 50 coins etc.

i think its only 12 hours cooldown now.

well how do official tourneys (smogon etc.) handle it? the same problem with sleep clause should appear there to then i guess

How about Clear Smog? That move is also not present on Gengar's egg move list, despite being one of its egg moves. Coincidentally, both Icicle Crash and Clear Smog are new moves from Gen 5........ same case, i only can imagine that those moves arent coded at all, like non existing right now, since its on the list and that list only needed to be copy pasted when it was coded. but thats only speculation from my side.

its actually weird that it isnt there (i made the eggmovetutor list for shane back then when i was staff). i checked the document its actually in the list, ill contact shane about it and ask :)
