Regarding the time in which you can find those pokemons, I'll wait few more days to confirm 100% that some pokemons are morning only (like beldum seems to be for example), if you find any pokemon write the part of the day (Morning / Day / Night) in which you've found it if you can :)

Lol happened the same to me vs the same guy :) no sleep clause, no outrage using ban, no nothing. PvP in PRO is savage, ruleless and the best bug abuser stays top 3 (see zarate619 with outrage bug abuse)

Also the cooldown was 100% 24 hours last time i checked, maybe they changed that as well x.x

I actually found pancham and karrablast in non-shiny rocks :( munchlax so far only in the shiny rock tho (but only 1 times)

Guys we need more brainstorming power >.< If no one has certain data, go with ideas, I thought of petalburg maze as first place for latios / latias to spawn, there must be some other places fit to be a spawn... So far: - Sky Pillar - Shoal cave - ice room - Petalburg maze are all places where you go once usually and then never go back there. A good one could be somewhere where you can access only by diving, so the zone around soot / lilycove / mossdeep

leeve town is ms only place, i doubt latios would be there
