Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Hi, your case called stuck. And you can unstuck by lose battle in pvp or using escape rope. Have you tried type /ref or relog? The server have daily reboot, so I think you will be fine. Hope it can help you.

Hi, sadly you cannot deleted your account, it attempt to avoiding people spam pokemon starter epic. However, you can create 2 account per email. So I hope it can help you. Thanks.

If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, the best course of action to take would be to completely close the client, relaunch it, and try again. If you are able to see a “logging in” prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary ‘ghost’ queue, where you will place into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box or the number you as placed in the queue. If you are recieving a “server locked” prompt, then thats mean the server has been locked by an Administator and a server maintenence is imminent

Hi, there are many reason for android version is always released a couple of days later than the others. It needs to be cross-compiled separately from the Windows versions, which can be time-consumptive in nature.Then it needs to be uploaded to the website, which can also take a while.
