You can use all item if it in your bag, make sure you removed all item in pokemon in PC box before go Johto (Pokemon Kanto will be lock in PC after you begin Johto journey).

Quote It is not bug, if you go back PC and go again, the NPC will be reset. Make sure you need bring all berry for recover pp, potion, and so on. For just beat them all in one go.

It is not bug, it is the only item you can get per days for free pokeballs.

Thief work perfect, you will need to removed item from holding of pokemon using thief before can stolen anything. The last time, the item will moved to bag, however, Shane was fixed it for following the original game.

Pokemon clone will meet at the same spot of normal version (check pokedex location for where it in), it has chance 5% to meet in the starter normal. Bear in mind that the rarity of meet it is extremely rare. Nothing wrong or bug as having many people get clone for per staters already. --Moved to proper place--
