You can also use a Pokémon with Shadow Tag like Wynaut, Wobbuffet, Gothita, etc... If you have a pokemon that knows mean look, you can trap it in battle. Golbat and crobat can learn mean look.

I see you miss the quest as it not bug. Check my hint below and hope it can help you. After you beat RURTBORO gym, talk with the professor in front of the gym. He wil ask you to find the guy who stolen Decon Scope. Now go to route 116, go in Rusturf Tunnel. Before go in the tunnel, talk with the old man in front of the cave to taken quest (he will ask you to save his bird). Now go in and beat NPCs in there Magma and Aqua team. After that talk back with old man for finish quest. You need finish this quest, before can go talk with Mr. Stone. Mr.Stone will give you letter to send it to Steven. Go route 104A, find the house and talk with the old man (who ask you save his bird), and then ask him to go Dewford town. Check this guide also: Oh okay. I did what you told and I can not reach the trainers in Rusturf Tunnel. There are rocks that require Rock Smash in able to pass by and I do not have that yet. What do I do? You don't need to pass through the tunnel. Only you need is battle with Magma and Aqua team to save the bird to the oldman NPC in front of the tunnel. Did you do that quest yet?

Hi there. Unfortunately Nikola only for people who miss the catch at beginning. If you catch legend already, whether you release it, you cannot catch again with Nikola boss. It attempt for avoiding people abusing it to get perfect legend. It against to MMO type. Secondly, syns 100% success rate will never even with only legend. Because PRO is base on random number regeneration, and anything with 100% surely will not allow. Sorry for your frustration, however, it is the part of PRO and also make legend more worth in game than other games. Sorry again...

Sadly, the tournament need to prepare carefully, it not short things as weekly or monthly. It is very bad design for that as short time preparing. The weekly is short time which led to abusing from players and it against to MMO. Plus with the availability of staffs, it will belongs to many those factors. Nothing can be sure, but weekly/monthly is impossible and not. However, players always can make their own tournament in here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=100 Locked as denied.

Can you give more detail reason why you want it? As from I read, it not solved any problem from yours.... You need to open bag in battle sometimes (around 20 minutes), so you will never meet that issues. Hope it can help you.
