Grind is worth! I can confirm to you! About E4 don't give exp is because people can abuse it to train level... If it give exp, so PRO will make you lose money if you lose. By the way, all eeveelutions in PRO already, but some will need to reach Hoen before you can evo it. So keep trying and you will be good ^^ Enjoy your game.

You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address, but the staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason. You can do new account (keep in mind that the max is 4 account up to per person) in the same server, and then you can transfer it by yourself after get 4 badge. Your case as I said, nothing can do, sorry.
