I re-downloaded the game in order to update.

So, after I logged in today after downloading the update it seems that all of my data has been wiped save my bike. I'm really unsure on how to fix this problem.

Yellow server was set as initial option when you download the game. Make sure you have logged into the correct server.

Please check the server before you login, I believe that you mistake to login into yellow server
