Okay I can understand your recommend same with feature of GO - transfer "you can't take it back after it's transferred to the Professor. Do you really want to transfer NAMEofPOKEMON to the Professor? Yes and No. It is very low priority as not impact huge to game play, however, nothing wrong to your suggestion... it just like I said above. Moves not being learned when "skipping" levels?

It not a bug as it will only count level end after battle for learn the move. However, you can relearn it at cerulean or safforn city (2k cost). Sorry for your inconvenience... -
The queue help you make sure to get in game, and also for avoiding people keep make server lag by spam login and waste time in front of screen login. In waiting queue, you can do any other activities without worry that you will never go in game.
