she uses aura sphere and thunderbolt, and the mega mawile uses knock off, beware =)

The first time u go to the moon, u go via sky pillar. After, u can reach the moon via moosdeep space center, right? How I can pass of the cop officer front off stairs on moosdeep space center? I already done all gyms, I have acess of all other places, cerulean cave, etc. So... NOT answer "beat e4 hoenn", I would be grateful for a different answer.
