Nope, Need the 8 badges from a region to use other regions pkmn there and to use that regions pkmn elsewhere Kanto is Kanto pkmn only, till you've cleared other regions Johto is Johto pkmn only, till 8 badges, then can use Kanto pkmn there and Johto pkmn in kanto Hoenn is same, but after 8 badges can use Hoenn pkmn in Johto and Kanto and visa versa

Use the Pokedex, in the anime they're for information on everything ,on the main dex screen, add an option for game info which could contain rules, most recent changelog etc. Would be able to use that as an easy area to add too, put a type chart/calculator in there, could put the trainer card in there since they're I.D in the Anime. People want a battle log, that could be in there, I feel this could populate as you progress too, like when you go to the school at the beginning if someone explains types, then add the chart All the relevant rules should be easily accessible in game though, especially trade and PVP where they're specific, not just common sense like most of the chat ones Seems somewhere to add the clutter that will build up from adding what players want, without it actually getting in the way since once you close your dex it would all be under 1 icon and would fit into, plus atm when opened theres just wasted space basically like this... but obviously much prettier XD

So do you have a lvl100 Kadabra or Abra? Because you need to trade Kadabra to evolve into Alakazam, so it can evolve at lvl 100

I don't think that this is the reason this time. As far I see lot of players occurs same problem. I've got UIS twice today, and that secund lasts over 3hrs now. I'm always log out by game panel. Looks like another one serv issue. What Alex described is the server error, it thinks you're there when you're not, and because you're not, staff can't remove you, so the server thinks you're there until it goes offline. It's normally triggered when your account isn't logged out such as a crash when you don't have the chance to do so
