  1. they plan on adding any legendaries that have a stat total of 600 or less in their respective regions, which is decent bit anyway. As for anything over 600, yeah no, not gonna happen.

A second monitor with notepad open could fix this problem very easily, however not everybody (expecially android users) has a second monitor or can use a second monitor, so i can see where you coming from. The pinning aspect is a cool feature too. Might be a hassle to code into the game though.

  7. If you want something gaming Pc related, i'd try IBuyPower or NewEgg, as they do sell laptops as well as desktops.
  8. There is a point where an economy can get in to such a depression that it might not rise without some interference. Key irl example: the great depression, which was devastating for the US, literally stopping anyone from buying anything, could have been much, much, worse and could have lasted decades more then it did, if not for the efforts of the Roosevelt administration's interference, and the eventually start of WW2. Just something to note.
  9. Frankly, heres what I think we need to fix the economy: (would it work? idk, its just a thought) 1. Attract enough people to the game to fill the servers, through content updates. 2. Once we have enough people populating the servers again, crack down really hard on the botting issue. 3. (optional, after cracking down on bots) temporarily increase the money yeild from battles (can be npcs only) for a very short time, (1-2 days) 4. Definitely, auction house needs to be implemented.
  10. My goal was to do as much as I can in pve content (- legendaries, not interested enough to fill the pokedex). Now that i have done that, for the most part, I am just waiting for more story content.

  12. You would think my username would give you that answer, but no, sadly pichu is my second favorite. My favorite pokemon is Lugia, due to silver being my first pokemon game, and pokemon 2000, being my first pokemon movie.
  13. idk, kinda have the same problem as you. While i'm still very active on the forums, i havent touch the actual game in a month. I would hate if my account got deleted while i'm on this hiatus.

  15. Would it be the items or the pokemon, you think would cause this? If the items, as I just said in an earlier reply these can be replaced with any items as long the item is more useful then the items on the tier below it. If it's the pokemon, it would still the same thing with catch the pokemon elsewhere. The skrelp I use as an example, would be still as it's counterpart in hoenn, it's just a case of getting it in hoenn or in johto via this method. The whole point of the suggestion would be a way to make a basic mechanic more interesting, is it needed, no, it would it be a fun way to get some items and a chance, the same chance as always, for a cool, rare pokemon.

Very true, but the same could be said for any route that has a rare pokemon every one wants (I.e. clone event) The simplest solution would be to make sure a rare pokemon encountered via this method could be encountered somewhere else via this method. The the skrelp is this example could be caught in, say, the route between rustboro and meteor fall via this method, due to the dragon types living near by, and it evolve into a dragon type. This could also be fixed by an option in the settings to not show other players sprites, to reduce lag.
  17. I completely agree, the only reason I mention shiny is because the original concept in the single player games only focused on shinies. The whole point of the suggest was to shift that focus to allow the feature to be less, make something hard to find easier, and more, allow a basic feature be more interesting for a mmo format. As for the point of the items, they were more placeholders for the example of the tiers, then anything else. I could easy replace the items with any other items as long as they would be more useful/rarer then the tier below it. I understand completely, when comes to botting. Anyway, thank you for you feedback. It's very much appreciated.

  19. Chain fishing is a mechanic introduced in 6th gen adding, no surprise here, a way to chain your fishing attempts together to create a chain. In the game, chaining consecutive encounter via fishing would slowly but surely increase the shiny rate of the pokemon. If you moved, reeled in too quickly, or failed to hook a pokemon the chain would break and you would be back to square one. But anything that would increase the shiny rate would never happen, so why suggest it. Simple, I'm saying to implement in a way that it will a fun and interesting mechanic in PRO, without doing anything to the shiny rate. Anyway, to the meat of the suggestion: If we are gonna implement chain fishing we without changing the shiny rate, we would need some sort of rewarding factor to incentivize chain fishing in the first place. So I suggest that if we have a certain amount of encounters chained, we would have a chance of fishing out an item (without breaking the chain). These item could be fit in to separate tiers which would unlock with a certain chain. Example: [glow=red]THESE CAN BE REPLACED BY ANYTHING[/glow] 5 encounters chained = chance for a pokeball to be fished up 10 encounters = chance for a soft sand 25 encounters = chance for some stardust, pearl 50 encounters = chance for a water stone, big pearl 75 encounters = chance for a nugget, rare candy 100 encounters = chance for big nugget etc These would small chances, but still chances. There also may be a chance for items that would break your fishing chain (like a smelly old boot getting tangled in you line). Another way to incentivize chain fishing would to after a certain amount of chains, have a chance to encounter a rare pokemon not normally found in said route or area. Example: After 50 encounters in Vermillion, would have a 5% chance to catch a wailmer After 100 encounters chained, you, who is fishing in dragons den, would have a 5% chance to encounter a skrelp. This also would allow pokemon with the ability, Suction Cups, to more useful, as there will be a chance of you not snagging a pokemon, to lower that said chance. I hope you like my suggestion. Any feedback would be appreciated.

It very possible take this example pleaze : rattata1 with all ivs 15 rattata2 with all ivs 25 i suppose the 1 exp = 1 stat you need to train about 100 rattata to 100 lvl to get "rattata1 strenth = rattata2 strenth" how much time you need it to do this?? please before you replay read it well and give more arguments. :thanks: So, you saying we would need up to 180 ratatas trained to 100 to max the ivs of one. Thats not including if this can go beyond, which would be very game breaking. Not to mention thats its actully not that hard to train ratatas in the first place once you have access to dragons den and cerulean cave (just using the false swiper trick till its strong enough to kill pokemon with a thunderbolt). Theres also the big problem with botters with the game, this mechanic would just attract more people to the idea of botting so they can get a maxed ived gengar or gyarados. Then there is the fact that the staff are completely unwilling to implement anything that would allow for the creation of 6x31 pokemon, like breeding. I get it, you're sick of people using the same pokemon in pvp, you want every pokemon to have a chance to shine, but thats not how pokemon works, you have to encounter weaker pokemon in the begining and find the stronger pokemon in the end. If everything was the same, they would just use the easiest to get. If you know that you can just boost the stats/ivs of the pokemon, inturn PRO loses a fundimental part of its makeup. You not suppose to get a pokemon that is usable every encounter, you have to keep catching pokemon till you find one thats usable, not take a pokemon thats not usable from the begining and make into a perfect pokemon. -1 Well thought out, but not for this game or any of the pokemon series

  22. I definitely don't like the grind as far as hunting pokes is concerned. So I just buy the epics I want since I don't want to spend the time hunting them. THAT is truly unnecessarily time consuming, not this silly idea about EV training being too time consuming. Dont like it? Deal with it :Cool: Considering that something similar has already been suggested making a duplicate thread regurgitating the same complaint is pointless. The point might as well get regurgitated until some give a legitimate reason why it shouldn't, not "it's an mmo" Here's a thought, next time a simular suggestion pops up, try to make the same argument you made here without saying mmo once, and see how it goes.
  23. This is not a Korean MMO, a little convenience wont hurt the game, and the player base would appreciate it. Just because you like the game grindy doesn't mean everyone else does. And stop using MMO to justify anything you don't think should be in this game in terms of convenience.
  24. While the immersion would be nice, this game doesn't need immersion. It's not likes it's a triple a title that needs some sort of realism, to appeal to its player base. It just needs to be what it is.
