Dont use hotspot shield ~ it changes your IP and I think thats against the rules. Its most likely a client side issue ~ So it may be his internet or the client, tell him to reinstall his client and make sure he's playing on an optimal connection, Good luck :Angel:

Try deleting all the PRO files and reinstalling it for the bag glitch, and yes Beldum is extremely hard to catch, so bring ghost type with a status move and let him lower himself with take down on another pokemon ~ also I'd recommend 200+ pokeballs when hunting Beldums, Good luck.

I'd recommend using 7zip to extract the files, but make sure all PRO files are deleted first, good luck.

I really hate to disappoint you but this is a current bug, where Magnezone cant relearn Flash cannon, but it has to be taught as a magnemite/magneton when it learns it through leveling, Hopefully they can fix it.

This ^^ Slowbro Blissey combo is the most common and abused stalling method, worse then Gothitelle.

I usually get this when my internet is lagging, try clearing people off your internet, and then loading the game up, good luck.
