Just keep trying to login. The server is mainly full and can take several attempts to join the server. Improvements to the server are being made to get more in however.

Moved to correct place. To get to Mt. Silver Expert belt you need to use rock smash and surf to get there on the upper side of the entrance floor.

As Megaflygon said, waiting is the only option. It was an unexpected crash and cannot be compensated.

Sun stone can be found on a tree in Route 37 on a tree on the right side of the route.

You wait 24 hours just like everyone. The staff get that asked that loads of times and the staff has said no every time. Use this time to train, catch more pokemon and get more money/items.

Fly will never be used for transportation between areas. Exp share will most likely not be in game due to how much easier it would make the game.
