Hi. I check bulbapedia, it say Mime jr evolve by level up while knowing Mimic. It also say Mime Jr learn Mimic at level 15. I level up mine to level 16 and it doesn't learn Mimic. When it will learn that move?

It can be hard at the beginning, but it will be easier later if you don't evolve your poke. No running shoes, bike 75k, fly only in battle (you unlock subway system with the fly quest). No breeding, daycare will teach you egg moves for 15k each moves, need to beat Naero boss (in Cerulean Cave, need to beat Lance boss).
