Hi, i want to teach icy wind to my persian alola, but when i talk to the tutor, he tells me that persian alola can't learn that move, but it does, i guess normal persian can't learn it neither.

The dragonair before 4 badge? Wait, how did you get a cleffa before that if cleffa only spawns at love island and trades just can be done after 4 badge? Ecxuse me if I'm wrong. Ya the dragonair before badge 4 , Also the cleffa was from npc trader who took my clefairy and gave me cleffa. ^^ Oh sure now i remember the trader in cerulean. That dagonite was really hard for me its a shame there's not a reward for beating him.

Anyway, congrats. I always wanted to know what would happen if someone beats him.

i don't like the idea of godlyhopa but i think that will not make it a lot less challengin, what they have to do is include the original gym badge-lvl sistem. Because for expample you can start jotho and buy a jotho cheap average lvl 100 pokemon in the first pokecenter and then use it to beat all gyms.
