If you are a windows 10 users that will happen. Windows 10 has problems with games and directx in general. If you are a windows 10 user then you might want to change compactibility settings to windows 7 and install directx11 files. That worked for me.

The game will do that most likely on low end devices or devices stuffed with too many running programs at once. Pay attention on your security settings, need to allow installtion for apps from unknown sources. You might also check permissions and RAM usage. I've never had any issues with android and I can confirm that it works on following devices because I tested them. The name of the folder is version 93, but when you open the client is version 0.92. Like I said, igore what does it say. Its just a label.

That is not relevant with the client. Things is that there are 2755 user IPs trying login at the same time. Be patient.

Delete what have you download. Use winrar or 7zip for extraction. Create a new folder and place the content from the archives in it. Ignore what VERSION it says on the upper left corner. It was not renamed there. Use these below. The version label was not changed. Simply download latest client and extract it to new folder. There shouldn't be any issues. I've tested them all personally.

Please try re-downloading the archive and try again.
