But the way that you suggest it's really broken, because some megas have abilities very strong, and in the original game, you need to spend 1 Turn with the pokemon in the field to activate the mega evolution; if you don't need to activate the item, the PvP battles will become broken. A lot of good pokes have to use substitue to use your full potential in battles (Serperior, Jumpluff, Whimshcoot, Toxicroak, Gengar, and others). This move can have a great cost to teach (around 15k i guess), as long as is very powerfull and usefull also; and will change (to better) all PvP battles in my opinion.
