Greetings, welcome back to PRO. They're all active and usually filled. Red is the oldest server, there's lots of veterans and higher prices compared to Blue and Yellow. If you feel like starting over I recommend choosing PRO Yellow.

Restart your client. Hit Alt + Tab once you've relogged. That should fix it.

We tried to fix your issue recently. We couldn't recover it due to a recent clearance of released Pokemon in order of a maintenance. Sorry for your inconvenience. We were looking into your issue, sorry we can't help this time. Enjoy your game. Best regards
