  2. Locking the topic due to being no suggestion but rather a complaint.
  3. Restart your PC, and use the compatible mode.
  4. Redownload the client and extract the file without using WinRAR and 7zip and/or disable your Anti-Virus, if none of those guides seem to help you out.
  5. It's a server-side issue. Your character is still logged in on the map server of PRO even though you logged out. Probably caused by logging out of PRO but not closing the client. You'll need to wait for a server reboot as it's the only way to get rid of that problem. Sorry for your inconvenience, best regards.

  9. The client may need some time to load maps, items, NPC's - caused by exceeded bandwidth due to mass of players who are playing/trying to connect. It should last a few minutes and the game will run fluently once you completed it.

  11. There's various Move Relearners throughout the regions, like leotosi mentioned. You can get any previous move that way, for a small fee of 2K each.

    Log in issue

    You hit a latent queue which is invisible. It's still a queue after all, you'll login eventually so I advise to remain patient. The so called 'ghost queue' is caused by an exceeded bandwidth. It's no bug at all. They server can't stand the lot of players.

  15. Visit SS. Anne at the docks of Vermilion City. You receive the ticket from Bill at Route 25 (above Cerulean City). You need HM Cut in order to remove the tree. THE "S. Anne Bill I've won, I'm already in vermilion city but want to face the Gym Leader. Even have to remove the tree only because it gives to get into the gym? And what is that HM Cut a scam? And how do I get it? SS. Anne is the ship at the docks of the city. HM Cut is the reward for curing the captain (follow the questline on the ship). You'll need to remove the tree each time you want to enter the gym.
