We don't refund ingame money. Besides, I highly doubt that you can lose an amount like that by a rollback or even without anything special going on. I would need screenshots before & after the loss took place to be able to investigate and probably recognize the reason.

Look closely. Also, there was some maintenance going on yesterday, the item could have been lost due to you not logging out quickly enough. Last not but not least I recommend checking the same spot again, maybe the item is still at its original place. Best regards.

This is usually a connection error caused by both sides. The client needs to load all maps before you can fully enter the game. How long have you been waiting? Remain patient and wait for it to successfully load all maps. It shouldn't take more than five minutes after all.
