  6. You're losing 10% of your total amount when crashing/disconnecting during a battle. Also, you got hit by rollbacks, as it seems. I recommend force-saving any progress, especially at times where the servers are severely outknocked. Best regards.
  7. Johto, available once you've become Champion. Just look at your map. Another possibility is Sevii Island 7. Make your way down through the map until you hit the sailor who's asking for the special ticket. Down there's lots of caves, filled with Unown only. You just need to surf past the sailor.

  15. Restart your client, hit Alt + Tab once you rearrived in game. Try to catch a staff member ingame if it didn't work out.
  16. We take a close look at each report and try to figure out the situation. You won't automatically end up getting banned because you reported by users. We care for our users, and we check carefully.

  18. Hello. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do. You were hit by a rollback, apparently. PRO staff is not responsible for rollbacks as we can't predict them. I recommend logging out after each trade/catch/successful achievement of lvl 100 in order to force-save your progress. You can't get hit by a rollback that way. Sorry for your inconvenience.   19. Greetings, did you try /ref and hitting the ReSync button yet? Alternatively, restart your client and hit Alt + Tab once you managed to login. Report to me if it worked. Good luck!
