You're losing 10% of your total amount when crashing/disconnecting during a battle. Also, you got hit by rollbacks, as it seems. I recommend force-saving any progress, especially at times where the servers are severely outknocked. Best regards.

Johto, available once you've become Champion. Just look at your map. Another possibility is Sevii Island 7. Make your way down through the map until you hit the sailor who's asking for the special ticket. Down there's lots of caves, filled with Unown only. You just need to surf past the sailor.
