nope you dont deserve any rewards if you havent been in the top 25 at the point of reset, thats just how it is and how it was in the past. How the reset was handled is another topic, i agree that there should be an announcement 2-3 days before. This. The point of reset may have happened 8 hours after "the point of rewarding ladder", but if you werent in the ladder then, you cant complain about that. You can complain about there not being a proper warning though. How can't you complain about this? Ofc you can, the reward should be given to those that were in the top 25 at the point of the reset. Otherwise you can't complain about the rewards given to players that were 3 days before the reset in the top 25, can you? The staff is professional in it own way, they don't get paid for this. Even Shane doesn't get any money from this project. They work besides this project in there real life so the only time they can spend in this is their free time. And I understand if they won't spend all of their free time in PRO. Because they have to live a life besides everything.

"At the point of the reset" We were/I was in the top 25 at the reset. They just made the screenshot for the rewards way before the reset. So at the time that the reset did happen we were in the top 25.

If you read the other topic then you know that nothing was announced. So how can you be aware of a reset when no one said something? You can't. So being more aware isn't a thing to do. I was number 17 at the time of the reset. High enough for me. Idk if you ever play Ranked for real, but on Blue it is that if you lose one match then you go down about 5 places, for example from 12 to 17. So getting a 'high rank' isn't easy for everyone. Besides I was just 3 days in Ranked when the reset happened. So getting a high rank in that time with other RL things to do and losses too etc seems for me impossible.

Luckily you got the screenshot, I got none (since I didn't know that it would be reset, yeah sorry xd ). I agree, I worked a month on the team, 3 days in Ranked. And I was in the top 25 on the last day. And then I don't get the rewards, a shame. I hope the staff feels us and gives us our rewards. And the ones that didn't get any but were in the top 25 at the time of the reset, so I would say at the time of Patty's screenshot :y:

thats currect, i saw that. This isn't correct, this was not the notification for the reset, the reset already happened when that message came when you login. That message was for when the rewards were given. Another thing I think is rubbish is that the rewards were given to players that were 8 hours before the reset in the top 25. Now people wasted hours of time for nothing to get in the top 25 but get nothing at the reset. There goes my rewards :Cry:

I totally agree, why wasn't there an announcement this time? I know enough players that lost their rewards because of this. No one knew that it would reset, no announcement, nothing. The thing is, if this happens every season okay, then it's a thing in PRO. But that the reset was announced in season 2 and not in season 3 is just dumb. Probably they just forgot it, but still... If you do that in season 2, do that in season 3. I expect that they announce the reset for season 4 if the time is there, I think this was just a mistake.

The friend-list was re-coded due taking to much of the server. So all friend-lists got wiped.

Make a new account with Gmail or Hotmail as mailprovider. You have to use an other name sorry.
