The user gets all party Pokémon to attack the target. The more party Pokémon, the greater the number of attacks. But... If I use the attack with Weavile. Then my other party pokes "attack" etc. But, not my 6th poke. Or it does attack but it doesn't say he does and I don't see extra damage done with it.
