By this, do you mean edit the reply's of others that have posted in a thread that you've created? If so, this isn't allowed with standard member permissions neither is deleting your own thread or post. However, you can request to have your threads and post locked or deleted by contacting a staff member.

We have something in common, all of us love pro. Welcome to the revolution!

IIRC the ability to edit your posts depends on which sub forum you are posting in. For example, you can edit posts in Suggestions but you cannot edit posts in Announcements. That is correct. And it was done on purpose.

It's always nice to see new faces. :xwelcomesign:

This is a name that I recognize from another community, glad to see you here. Welcome to PRO! :xwelcomesign:

Welcome to the community!

Correct, this is the complaint area, suggestions belong here.

This was most likely due to the game being worked on or a crash. Either way it was nothing major. Please read our FAQ before posting.

Looking forward to seeing you in game. Welcome to PRO!

Search for Best Current Pokemon mmo
Xhaj replied to Evilcloud5's topic in Player Introduction and Partings
I've been around a lot of other "Pokemon" mmo's. My opinion on the matter is when comparing, they can't come close to being as good as PRO. Realpaul's assumption may very well be correct. -
Welcome to PRO.

Currently no ETA exists. The reason for this is because if a date is set and the game is not accurately released on said date it makes the staff look bad and the community becomes disgruntled. You can view the progress bar on the homepage, this is the closest you'll find to an ETA.

I agree there should be some sort of complexity. If there is a list available of abandon pokemon players will create a check list and continue to collect them until all abandoned pokemon are found.

Welcome to PRO! Even though you are here to "test the water" so to speak, I'm confident you'll stick around once you see what we have to offer. Have fun in game I get the feeling you may be apart of our community for a while.

I love reading well thought out suggestions. I really like every point that was made. Let's hope some of them are implemented. Pretentious is right there will basically be no need for bulbapedia if the last suggestion is implemented but as I think about it the only reason to do this is because of player convenience, it's a great suggestion, but is it needed when bulbapedia and other sources already exist?

This thread/topic in my opinion is one that is incomplete simply because the game is not released, a full assessment cannot be fully made at this point. There is still a lot to be done development and content wise. PRO is a completely unique experience and cannot be compared to any other "competitor" past or present. Give the staff time to properly develop the game and I'm sure some of your views will be change.

To add on to what has already been stated, the reason for testing is to resolve and fix as many issues as possible before the game goes live. Testing doesn't have to be public, it's a privilege to test the game before it's actually released. It's vital that the community gives feedback be it positive or negative in order to make necessary changes. Testing also has it's advantages, pending changes, you'll be able to know exactly where certain items are located if you test extensively enough. Which is why playing the game now is not a waste of time. With all of this being said, there have been wipes in the past and most likely will occur in the future as well until we go live. Happy testing!
