UIS = user in system. If this is the case it will display "user already logged in" when attempting to log in. If this message does not occur for you then you don't have UIS. There server cap is 150 at the moment due to being hosted on a vps, if it is full then you won't be granted access.

This is a classic case of the UIS bug, which has recently occured again because server code was remove in order to find a resolution to the server deadlock issue. Tell your friend to remain patient, this will be fixed soon.

To expand on what Thanos said, currently there isn't any Sinnoh maps that exist. However, in the future we will have at least the first five regions.There is much work to be done else where as stated by Pretentious. Sinnoh will be a reality in the distant future but there will be enough content to fill such a void after the game goes live.

There is no such role here. We have Global Moderators and Game Masters, Global Mod would be the equivalent to CG you cannot apply for them you have to be invited.

Arnie already gave an answer, but I don't think you guys know what testers do here in PRO, I'll elaborate more on the subject. The test rank is a temporary rank, it is not associated with being a staff member. A tester's role is to find bugs and report them nothing more, nothing less. Our current group of testers have shown that they are dedicated and have reported many bugs. Abuse of testing privileges will result in a removal of said privileges. There is a reason why everyone is not a tester, before asking to be given tester rank do your research on the qualifications to become tester.

Currently, there isn't a public changelog with core changes and features due to leeching. The best way to solve the problem is to withhold it from the community, although there are drawbacks from this as players won't know what has been added or changed until they are told or discover it themselves. However, we are in a testing phase which means the developers may be inclined to share what they are working on. Once we go live I'm almost sure a changelog will reappear again at some point.
