Rain team was more popular when Rain Dance was bugged (boosted water moves by 100% instead of 50%) this bug was found and fixed during Legendary Tournament, if I remamber correctly ;)

That's starting to be a common issue :) I was one of the first players that face the same problem. Still waiting for Staff interention. There's a bug with NPC Scientist Reay and there's nothing we can do now.

I'm sure that Staff will fix our issue as fast as they finish their current jobs ;) We just need to be patient.

What can I do now? EDIT Looks like everything is alright with my legendary dogs data in dex. Whole issue must be casued by NPC Rey - he doesn't allow me to fight with Ho-Oh.
