In my humble opinion, it would be better towards the community if decisions were made also when it's not "PRO" who's responsible for a problem. To try and empathize with the players, make an investigation to make sure the truth of their words and then help them. I'm not saying this just because this time something unfortunate happened to me, but generally. If someone send an item with the mailbox but to wrong recipient, it would be their problem too and not for you to intervene? If someone spend 400k to wrongfully buy pokeball or repel, would it also be fair to restore? Because that would their own actions too and not something from you side. Anyway, I don't wanna cause any harm and try to argue or debate this, it won't matter cause you already decided. I'm sorry for the post and thank you for your time. You can lock this. Prices are made by the players, at the moment you sell one coin capsule between 380k up to 480k Pokedollars. Than info depends always on the buyer, the seller and how is the current market at the game. Just be careful not to be "scammed" by anyone and always take screenshots of your trades. There's a more specific thread on the forum about trades if you want to read it.

Hello everyone, after the world quest finished and got my myster ticket, I went to Birth Island to claim my Pseudo Legendary but my game crashed when I clicked to throw the Masterball. You can find time stumps on the screenshot and on the logs that I was crashed/bugged or forced out. Thats very unfortunate and sad thing to happen after successfully participating and completing the World Quest and waiting for it to finish so I could claim my ticket. I know it's not an already caught Pokemon for you to be able to restore it, but I would please ask for your understanding and help to get a second chance to go there and claim my prize. I would like to either reverse my ticket or give me a new or an another sugesstion provided by you please. Also if you would find the source of the problem/crash would be nice to prevent it from happening again in the future. Thank you very much in advance! I'm waiting for your response. If you provied any information about what device are you using (Computer, Laptop, Phone, Tablet, etc) , what system is installed (Windows, Chrome OS, Android, etc), mayme exaclty model of the device would be more easy to help you. Did u use to play on the same device as now? If yes, has anything changed since then on your side? Maybe that info would help for a temporal solution too untill the issue is resolved generally. The dev team is doing this volluntary on their free time, so you will need to be patient until a permanent solution comes.

The system you are trying to play, along with the OS and some other crucial information I guess could help for them to find a solution and for possible temporary suggestions.

Hello everyone. Like the title say,while we are on the ev training area of Safari, it would be nice if there was a PC. Purpose is, when we are done with the training of a Pokemon but we still have paid time left on the area, to use that time to train something else too. We could win some time and money from leaving and entering again.

Have you fought all NPC trainers possible? If yes, how many days have passed since then? Every week NPC and Gym Leaders reset and can be fought again. Also you can fight the Copycat NPC of every city quite often. Whenever the gym leader of that city is defeated, it's possible to fight the Copycat again.. Sometimes that happens fast. We are under an event atm, meaning there's also XP share enabled to every Pokemon on the party. First Pokemon gets 100% of that ΧΡ, while the rest get 50% each. You can use another Pokemon with a type advantage to the places you said to level up, and your rest party will get XP too.
