Yes. If you decide to withdraw your bid, the seller would have to start the auction all over again. The public may perceive the player as a fake seller and ruin his business, hence why, since your action may potentially be the cause of it, you would be punished.

This is certainly not true. There are only 2 GMs at the moment, with BOT/RMT reports from three servers to take care of. Just because your reports are not being taken care of, does not mean we are doing absolutely nothing. Your reports are simply in line behind many other reports and we will eventually take a look at them. Your effort is highly appreciated, but please do be patient. We have already informed you in advance (here) Also, once the apprentices are fully trained, we will be able to get on track. On the other hand, it is sad to see a veteran leave, but I do hope the best for whatever lies ahead of you. Farewell.
