Hello, XD001 just crit my Shell Armor Lapras with Aeroblast. Please look into this or advise why this is possible.

Sometimes it spins for a minute before resuming play. Often times it just spins forever until I force quit the game. This doesn't happen on my phone. Very frustrating. Thank you in advance for help.

Hello, I've been grinding in dragon's den with my Cloyster for some days now. I'm the same level, 100, same attack power, same moves being used. I could always 1 shot everything in there with skill link icicle spear. I could also one shot the golbats with ice shard. I would never die when grinding because I one-shot them all. However, now, I fail to kill quagsires in one shot. I fail to kill golbats with ice shard in one shot. There must be a bug here somewhere, i'm literally doing half damage to the pokemon. Either my attack power is down or the wild pokemon's defense is way high. I now die after several mobs because I'm getting hit because I can't OHKO them. My cloyster has 289 Attack. Please advise.

Thank you, I'm back in. Called Comcast and the automated voice replied they were having technical difficulties...never spoke to anyone. I hard reset my router, unplugged the cable from the wall and pulled the power. When it finally reset, I could get in.

Update: My cell phone was not on my WiFi and COULD connect. As soon as I connected to my WiFi, I can no longer connect to PRO.

It's been about an hour actually. I just tried resetting my IP too, no changes.

Hello, I was playing the game an hour ago on my PC. While playing, I was disconnected. Upon trying to log back in, it just says "Connecting to server" and then times out. I have tried closing and reopening countless times. I can log in on my phone just fine. There were no changes to my firewall and it is allowed on my firewall. Please help, thank you.

Hello, I have two riolu, both max happiness, both lvl 99 now that will not evolve upon level. I have leveled them during the day and the evening. I need someone to tell me exactly when to level them to evolve, or are they bugged? Thank you

It's not even available to learn from any relearner and i was never asked to learn it. I'm lvl 66 now. What gives?
