Hello ! In order to solve try to update your Drivers, and check if you have your Directx up to date. After it remove all previous clients you might have in your device (including from the Trash Bin) and download the newest client. If those solutions didn't work, try the steps listed in this thread. Quoting for easy access <i></i> Others solution: Updated drive and reinstall Direct X Hope I was able to help and let me know how it turned out by quoting me in this topic. Best of luck.
