You made a wonderful job with eevee and eevolutions. Perhaps the most beautiful collection of all. it is unthinkable to find 9 eevee, which I remember is a former tier 9. I would suggest decreasing its rarity in view of the event, as already happened with buneary or shroomish. Regards
